This was my first experience working with the team at Integrity. My employee had used them in the past. I was impressed enough to reach out with a phone call to show appreciation for them taking the time to correct me. We needed gaging for a job and they realized that what we had requested would not catch what we needed. We told them to do it anyways. They sent us a print showing the design we asked for, but included a detailed explanation of why if should have been the other way. I appreciated the extra effort.
